The proclamation was sent to the United Kingdom public correspondence department, and was also distributed internationally on 1 March 2020. The document challenges the United Kingdom’s claim to British sovereignty, being that the English and Scottish people are neither genetically British, nor have they lawfully succeeded to the native British sovereignty, in accordance with the laws of nations.

The only possible way that the United Kingdom could refute the statements in the document would be to prove a valid, legal, and sovereign title to Britain, which they cannot.

The letter was sent with copies of Llywelyn’s court orders and the evidence that was used in the tribunal.
